Education must be catered to the learner. Whether the learner is a gifted child, a child with challenges, or an educator ruled by specific beliefs or talents, teaching must be informed by adequate understanding of the learner and the development of metacognition.

Learning is dependent on the learner’s conversation with other learners, their environment and familial influences, and the cumulative educational setting. Interactive educational environments that promote collaboration provide optimal success.

Taking AIM
With these key understandings in mind, I share my knowledge and experience through collaborations and the amazing worlds of technology and writing. I develop the elements of The AIM Technique to focus all I have learned from my own studies and career into a user friendly method for promoting successful learning. I continue to write and complete materials that promote the use of AIM on a variety of topics and in multiple settings for the greatest reach worldwide.
